I had a wonderful experience from booking my appointment through to my service. Joycey was great answering all my questions and helping me to book the appropriate services, Reception staff Juju was welcoming and kind made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The ladies offered me snacks and water And checked back in about my comfort throughout my appointment, even offering me brakes to stretch my legs. The appointment environment was very relaxing. The salon is modern, aesthetic and very clean. Amanda, my stylist was very gentle when washing and detangling my hair. She took care in blow drying my hair and preparing my hair for my braids. She was very gentle I even told her that her hands are blessed. I felt no discomfort at all with her braiding my hair. The braids are so neat and beautiful , they do not feel tight or heavy, there’s no tension on my scalp. The parts are equal and perfect, and the braids are styled exactly how I wished and described to them. 10 out of 10 experience. I definitely will be back.

My first experience was excellent. I felt cared for while being in the shampoo bowl. It was just a fantastic shampoo. The queen, who was shampooing my hair, was very insightful. She knew a lot about my hair. My hair was able to tell me things to do; the braids were not tight at all, but they were tight enough. I really appreciate my experience. I love my hairdo, and I can’t wait to come back for my two-week wash. Thank you so much for making this such a great experience. They also have a snack bar, in case you get hungry, with delicious treats and water. Joycey was so insightful while doing my hair, and she was definitely a joy to sit in her chair and be blessed by those beautiful hands. Shout out to the music selection, it was a vibe.
